By placing an order with LeRoi, Inc. you are accepting the following terms and conditions:

Wholesale Customer Return Policy: 
• If there are any discrepancies in your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Any damaged items must be returned within 5 days for identical exchange. In the interest in health and safety, we reserve the right to only accept returns on damaged or faulty products.
• A return authorization number is required for all returned merchandise. Please call for an RA number. We will not accept return packages without an RA#.

Retail Customer Return Policy:
• In the interest in health and safety, jewelry that has been worn can not be returned.
• For a jewelry exchange, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee as well as the customer assumes all shippng costs. Return merchandise must be notified within 5 days of receipt of order and must be accompanied by an RA number.  All gold jewelry is considered custom made to order and is not returnable. LeRoi Inc DOES NOT send return labels for any returns. Additional shipping charges apply on all exchanges, if there is a price difference on the exchange additional charges will apply.

• No minimum order.
• Phone orders taken between 8am and 6pm Monday-Friday Eastern Standard Time, toll free at 1-888-298-7766, or at your convenience, fax your order 24 hours a day at (315) 343-0388.
• We accept American Express, Visa, Discover or MasterCard, COD, Company Check or Money Order.
• Until an account has been established, all orders are COD, Money Order or Credit Card. Terms can be established upon approval of credit application. LeRoi Inc. reserves the right to change credit terms due to late payment or returned checks.
• There is a service charge on all returned checks. Maximum amount allowed by law, applicable by state.
• All customers agree to pay all late fees on overdue invoices: 1 1/2 % per month, or 18% annually.
• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• We ship FedEx Overnight or second day exclusively.
• Ground shipping is offered for jewelry orders under $100.00 in value and for packages weighing up to 150 lbs.
• Most orders are available to be shipped within 48 hours.
• LeRoi Inc. is not responsible for delays in shipping once the package is in the care of the shipper.
