Jeweled captive rings are available in 316LVM Surgical Steel with a 14KW basket setting or Solid 14KY or 14KW Gold. These rings can be made facing out for a navel or facing the side for a nipple. All are permanently fixed to ensure jeweled component remains attached.  Jeweled D-Rings are made specifically for nipple rings are are only fixed in one direction.

Fixed jeweled rings are made from extra soft double annealed rings to make insertion and removal easier. Tools may still be necessary. Avoid applying unecessary pressure/force to the jeweled component, it may marr setting or cause breakage.
